Have you been wanting to learn how to play Siamese Mahjong (a.k.a Two Player Mahjong)? Now is your chance! Join us for an evening of cocktails at the fabulous, new cocktail bar, Blue Door! We will go over the rules, game set up, strategy for 2 players, and playing defensively. There will be time to practice all of these skills during open play while you sip amazing craft cocktails. A solid understanding of 4-player mahjong required for this class. We provide all the mahjong sets, learning materials and fun for an unforgettable experience. If you have a 2024 NMJL card, please bring it. Ticket includes a custom cocktail. We can't wait to get our mahj on with you!

We will deep dive into the NMJL card, develop strategies for choosing a hand, strategies for defensive play, & increasing speed of play so you become a more confident player. There will be time to practice all of these skills during open play. If you have a 2024 NMJL card, please bring it.
